How to Request a Return

  4. Print label, prepare the package (original packaging, seal intact), and send as instructed.
  5. Once Pawkit receives and inspects it, refund is processed.

If a product doesn’t qualify for free return, you’ll need to pay return shipping but can still request reimbursement later after completing the process.
